Hey there, it's Kelly and I am putting the finishing touches on this newsletter not from my backyard office (because it is raining) and I do not like this.
Ya, ya... April showers bring May flowers... but I think we got enough rain in March. Thanks.
The little guys pictured above are the air plants on the windowsill of my WFH office. What's your view?
I was so excited when over 50 people responded within 30 minutes of receiving the newsletter Tuesday for the plant giveaway! It is always great to hear back from you guys. I really miss you.

Fern Shop
Living in Northside, I had to show some love to one of my favorite neighboring businesses.
If you missed out on Tuesday's surprise plant delivery giveaway, have no fear!
You can still order beautiful plants from Fern Shop, a plant design studio located right down the street from me in College Hill (yes, that is an actual photo of the shop, it is GORG!!!).
The plant selection is restocked every other week, and you can check out the available plants linked below.

I decided it was time for an upgrade so this is currently what my bathroom looks like.
I am only making a few minor changes: the paint color, the vanity mirror, and the towel bars but this space feels totally new!
(Paints one room, considers self a contractor).

Sew Valley
The professional fashion community is growing in our region and the founders of Sew Valley noticed the resources needed to assist in creating a sustainable brand & product does not exist.
They aim to change that by bringing production back to our region to support local designers and entrepreneurs.
Now, they are using their factory to support local PPE manufacturing efforts.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
They are taking on contract orders for PPE manufactured in their small batch facility.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
They are accepting donations to support ramping up production and supplying materials for their mask donation program.
and...THEY’RE HIRING!
They need help with production to cover the demand of masks.
