FitNext designs functional workouts tailored towards your specific goals. Their program is designed to assist you in accomplishing optimum wellness by providing innovative, fun and intense training.

The facility at Columbia Plaza is equipped with free weights, mats, BOSU balls, suspension bands, jump ropes, mini trampolines, step benches, and surround sound creating a flexible workout atmosphere.

You can find 4 different ways to work out here at Columbia Plaza- and your first two classes are free!

BOOT CAMP

This class will incorporate functional movements using dumbbells, resistance bands, calisthenics and more to assist in becoming healthy and fit!

Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

ABS LAB

Recharge the second half of your day with core strengthening movements, resistance training and flexibility training!  This 40 minutes interval circuit workout will help improve posture, burn calories and sculpt your midsection!

YOGA/MEDITATION

Loosen up from a tense day and increase mobility through flexibility training for 30 minutes.  Follow up with mental focus training through meditation for 15 minutes.

GENERAL GYM ACCESS

Break up monotonous workouts and boring machinery.
