Communicating Across Generations presented by Dale Carnegie

On Tuesday, June 26, a complimentary seminar presented by Dale Carnegie will be hosted here at Columbia Plaza covering Communication Across Generations.

Today's workforce is comprised of as many as five generations working side-by-side, therefore, connecting with each other may present even more of a challenge. Each generation has their unique mindset, work style, and ways of communicating. Learning to work and communicate across generations has become vitally important to building a cohesive, productive, and successful team.
