Radical Creativity for Problem Solving

  • Union Hall 1311 Vine Street Cincinnati, OH, 45202 (map)

How do you use radical creativity to solve problems?

Sometimes unexpected issues arise in business: the market shifts, a disruptive technology enters the industry, your customer base takes on an unexpected persona, your customers move away from the geographic location of your brick and mortar store.

What do you do?

In this workshop we will present a case study where a business had to decide how to be creative in the face of the unexpected. Participants will own a business model for a product innovation at a BigCo and edit that business model in the face of unpredicted "curveballs."

OBJECTIVE

To share best practices and industry standards in being creative under pressure through a case study in the process.

WORKSHOP MODULES

1 – Creativity Intro

2 – Case Study and Curveballs

3 – Close Out

Teams will present a final business model, shark tank-style, that takes into account unpredictable inputs!
