Cat Café/Bar in Covington, KY
Hey Cat lovers!
Purrfect Day Cafe in Covington, Kentucky, is a unique establishment that combines a café and bar with an adoption center for cats. Since opening in November 2020, the café has facilitated over 4,600 cat adoptions, providing a haven for both adoptable cats and cat enthusiasts.
Located at 25 West 8th Street, Covington, KY 41011, next to Libby's and behind Braxton Brewery, the café offers a variety of beverages and snacks, including pastries, coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks. The menu features feline-themed items such as "meowmosas" and "purrbons."
Visitors can enjoy 50-minute sessions in the cat lounge, which are available by reservation and limited to 18 guests per session. It's recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to order drinks, as only beverages are allowed in the cat room. The café operates with separate spaces and HVAC systems for the cat lounge and the dining area to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
In addition to regular visits, the café hosts special events such as yoga with cats and trivia nights, and offers space for private parties and meetings. Free parking is available in the lot across from the café, with designated spots marked by Purrfect Day Cafe signs.
