Columbia Plaza Responsible Restart
The past couple of weeks have seen numerous industries return to the economy in Ohio and Kentucky.
General Office has received approval to return to work and we know this will be a slow and phased approach by the majority of the businesses in the Columbia Plaza Community.
We have been preparing for this and we have some upcoming changes that will provide many some Peace of Mind, and some procedure changes everyone will need to know.
· Health Screening & Temperature Stations will be installed in the Main Lobby. These stations are no-contact, unmanned thermal imaging camera systems that will detect temperatures that above normal (100.4 degrees).
o Tenants: One station will be located in the rear of the lobby near the video wall and will be a complimentary amenity for tenant self-screening.
o Visitors: All visitors (guests, tenant clients, and contractors) will be required to go through a mandatory health screening process conducted at the Security Console in the front of the Main Lobby. If they register a feverish temperature, they will not be permitted entry to Columbia Plaza.
· Visitor Screening – Traffic Flow - the following is in effect:
o All visitors will only be able to access the building via the main entry doors at the front or via the garage elevators.
o It is important that you notify all visitors that they need to enter through the front main doors and they will not be able to access the building via the Skywalk or any other exterior door.
o We will have ample signage so everything is easy to understand, but below is a lobby map of how it will all flow.
· Tenant Entry – Traffic Flow - the following is in effect:
o Tenants will be able to access all doors with card access readers (1 at main entry, 2 in rear, 1 near smoking area, and the double doors to the Skywalk). Please note that it is important to keep your building ID on you if you go out and plan to re-enter one of these doors because all doors will be locked with access via building badge only.
